Every course presented was unique. It is quite easy to get taken in by the spectacle and forget about the food.
Was I blown away with the food? No.
Did I enjoy it? I did appreciate the flavours for some dishes, but some dishes didn’t work.
For the money spent I have enjoyed the food more at places like Amal, Indego or even Ananta.
Treat it as an experience rather than a meal and you will not be disappointed. One things for sure this Chef is going places.
